Refund & Return Policy – The Purple Lotus
At The Purple Lotus, we strive to provide the best services and products to our customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
1. Service Cancellation & Refunds
- Yoga & Wellness Sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
- Membership Plans & Subscriptions:
- Monthly or annual memberships are non-refundable once activated.
- If you have a medical emergency or other valid reason, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Workshops & Special Events:
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
- If the event is canceled by The Purple Lotus, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
2. Product Returns & Refunds (For Physical Products, if applicable)
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items such as yoga mats, wellness products, and clothing are eligible for returns only if they are defective or damaged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital downloads, e-books, or online courses.
- Personal care products (e.g., essential oils, skincare, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
- Refunds for cash payments will be provided via store credit or direct bank transfer.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
- If you experience technical issues with an online course or session, please contact us for assistance or an alternative solution.
- In case of extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
